    1. If you’re experiencing login issues with TiviMate, try these steps:

      Double-check that you’re using the correct email address and password.
      Ensure there are no typos or errors in your credentials.
      Reset your password through the “Forgot Password” option.

      1. That’s not the problem! I need a New IPTV web host server provider! I went to pay the bill at WebHostSupply.com and they’re NOT on the Internet or in service anymore. Can you give me another service provider that works with TiviMate? I need new URL, username, password and Xtreme Code. Thanks again.

  1. ever since the onn 4k pro streaming box updated from android 11 to android 12 tivimate is unable to decode bbc1, bbc2, itv1, itv2 hd and fhd channels. they all worked when it was android 11. can you please get a version of tivimate that will work properly with android 12. i tried almost all versions of the tvmate app but no luck . i uninstalled the app 6 times same thing. i know its not the service i use cause those channels all work on firestick and nviadia shield using tivimate app so its a conflict with tivimate and android 12 . please send me a solution.thanks

  3. I can’t log in to Tivimate Companion. It just keeps looping back. I changed my password but same result.

  4. Good day on my app when I want to Selecta channel the settings screen popping up from the side and not changing the channel

  5. I cannot log into my account – tried once and it didnt accept. I dont recall setting a username either – just password and order no.

  7. I see on the Info panel the audio quality is only Stereo. I would like to watch with surround sound. Is it possible for TiviMate to play in one of the surround formats?

  8. Hello, I presently have an account which works perfectly on the five units we have ….
    Problem I’m having is we have purchased additional devices that we wish to access with your product ….
    Unfortunately, I’m unable to purchase an additional account, regardless of the fact I use different emails and passwords ….
    Response I receive when I attempt to pay is:
    This account is associated with another account
    Please advise on how I can purchase a second account
    (Would it be possible for you to contact me by phone)

  9. I cannot seem to record shows what am I doing wrong? Using Firestick (3rd gen). Says storage capacity is at 1.49 GB using FireOS 7.6.7.3

  10. I’m having an issue with the groups. They are all there but no channels are showing up inside of the groups except for the favorites and all channels groups? I’ve been using the premium version for meny years now and haven’t had any problem. 

  11. My tivimate will not send a the instructions to reset my password to my email (yes I am typing it in correctly). What fix is there to this?

  12. I am have a problem with EPG guide from Apollo will not load . I am a premium member I am using the url from the Apollo group tv site. I have tried several times but will not load. Gary

    I am trying to add a playlist but Tivimate freezes at the Processing screen. I have tried the full m3u link as wel as extreme codes.

  14. I am new at this. I have tivimate one year subscription. It works great, trying to add another tv and am having problems. Do i have to go through my provider to add second tv.

  15. I have been trying to pay tivimate for a whole month. I get a message saying the site is in mantience. I HAVE LEFT EMAILS WITH NO ANSWERS RETURNED. Please help or direct me where to go to pay this bill.
